Several friends get together at a funeral and reminisce about Sang-tae who used to be a historian and researched the Geumjung Cave massacre. They spurt out stories that they remember. The memories of Sang-tae, who used to be a womanizer martial artist, begin to twist as they recollect, but they aren''t exactly sharing the truths either. Within these collective memories and recollections of Sang-tae, more stories hatch and soon the line between reality and fantasy starts to fade. The story-swapping group session keep on spiraling, as if they were in dire need of stories to tell each other.
